We fly to Lukla and begin trekking through the land of the legendary Sherpas in to the Sagarmatha (Everest) national park. This trek is one of the most popular treks in the world. Not only can a trekker enjoy the scenic and majestic views of Mt.Everest but also enjoy the hospitality of Sherpa people. During the trek, you will probably meet your first yaks, wonderful shaggy beasts that can be seen along the trekking trails. You can catch a glimpse of the major expeditions that are about to take place from Everest Base Camp, and also visit the buddhist monastry at Tengboche.The small forests near Phakding give way to the drier and brush ridden conditions of the higher regions and you will require a day to acclamatise yourself at Namche and Dingboche. Mt Everest stands at a height of 8848m.

Everest Gokyo Lake trek explores around the breathtaking Gokyo valley which is located adjacent of the Khumbu. Gokyo is a land of high altitude lakes. From where you will have a magnificent view of highest peaks, from the west to east like Cho you , Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse and further way Makalu, On the way to descent you can enjoy, superb view of Gokyo Lake

Trekking Itinerary For Everest Gokyo Lake Trekking :

Day 01 - Flight to Katmandu (1310m/4298ft) and overnight at Hotel.

Day 02 - An early morning to Lukla from Kathmandu and trek to Phakding. (2610mtrs/8563ft). Flight 30 minutes and walking 3 hours.

Day 03 - Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11286ft).

Day 04 - Acclimatization day at Namche Bazzar.

Day 05 - Trek to Tengboche(3860m/12664ft). In the evening visit world famous Buddhist monastery.

Day 06 - Trek to Dole (4,040m/13,251ft). Walking 5:30 hours

Day 07 - Trek to Machermo (4,480m/14,246ft) walking 4:30 hours

Day 08 - Trek to Gokyo Lakes (4,750m/15,580ft)

Day 09 - Hiking upto Gokyo Ri (5483m/1983ft) and trek down to Gokyo lakes.

Day 10 - Gokyo Trek to Phortse (3800m)

Day 11 - Phortse Trek to Tengboche (3860m)

Day 12 - Tengboche Trek to Namche Bazaar

Day 13 - Namche Bazaar Trek to Phakding (2610 m.)

Day 14 - Phakding Trek to Lukla (2840 m.)

Day 15 - Lukla Fly back to Katmandu.

Day 16 - Departure from Katmandu.
